Payment
PureSound-UK accepts payments via PayPal, bank transfer, postal order or cheque. All obligations regarding shipping of the item(s) become valid from the day when the payment arrives on the PureSound-UK account.
After discussing the price and the payment method with the Buyer, PureSound-UK sends the Buyer an invoice specifying the item(s) price, packaging & postage charge, payment details and other details relevant to a particular purchase. The item(s) will be reserved for the Buyer for the next 14 working days and all invoices have to be paid within 14 working days, otherwise the pre-agreement will be cancelled and the item(s) will be offered to other buyers on a regular sale basis. PureSound-UK doesn't have to notify the Buyer about the invoice expiry and the pre-agreement cancellation.
After discussing with PureSound-UK, the Buyer can pay the minimum of 20% deposit for the item(s) to reserve it/them for 30 days, which will be specified in the PureSound-UK invoice. The remaining payment for the item(s) has to be transferred before the invoice expiry.
Shipping
All items are shipped within 3 working days after receiving the Buyer's payment on the PureSound-UK account. We use several different, very secure, courier services, including CityLink, Yodel and ParcelForce. Please note: the shipping cost includes the courier's economy service (48 hours within the UK, up to 10 days within EU). If the Buyer wants for us to use special, next day, or any other type of delivery, he/she should notify PureSound-UK in advance and the relevant postage charge will appear in the invoice.

Refunds and Returns
We try our best to make sure that you receive the item as you have expected it to be. There are however, extremely rare cases where things can go wrong and you may be unhappy with your purchase. If the Buyer wants to return the item, he/she has to notify PureSound-UK via email to

within 7 working days after the date of delivery. PureSound-UK will reply via email confirming the return address to be used by the Buyer. The Buyer will then have to return the item to the confirmed address and will get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges, the next working day after PureSound-UK receives the item.
Please note: The items must be returned in the condition they were delivered to the Buyer, at the Buyer's cost, with the original packaging, to the address confirmed by PureSound-UK. We advise sending via a tracked secure carrier to ensure you have proof that your parcel has reached us safely. PureSound-UK will not be responsible for any damage incurred to the goods on their way back to us, please ensure the goods are packaged appropriately.
